The Panasonic KX-NS320BX is an expansion cabinet designed to extend the capacity of the Panasonic KX-NS300BX hybrid IP PABX system. It includes 16 built-in analog extension ports and allows further expansion via trunk and extension cards.
Each NS320BX unit connects to the NS300BX base using the KX-NS5130X link card. Up to three NS320BX units can be added, allowing the system to scale to a total of 48 trunk lines and up to 130 analog/digital extensions. When combined with licensed IP extensions, the full system supports up to 192 total users.
The NS320BX enables businesses to scale their communications infrastructure while maintaining a hybrid environment that includes analog, digital, and IP-based devices. It is well-suited for organizations transitioning from legacy telephony systems to VoIP or SIP-based networks.
Programming and management are handled via the NS300 web interface or Panasonic programming software. The NS320BX supports advanced call handling, voice mail, auto-attendant, mobile extension features, and SIP trunking when used with the NS300.
This system is ideal for medium-sized offices, institutions, hotels, or call centers requiring a mix of analog and IP telephony with centralized control and modular scalability.
